Knight Frank set up its association with NL real estate, an independent commercial property consultancy based in Amsterdam, Netherlands in October 2008.
NL real estate was founded in 2006 by three business partners Fred Rikken, Siem-Jan Vos and Serge Wuts who have extensive experience gained at leading real estate consultancy companies
NL real estate specialises in advising national and international landlords, end-users, developers, institutions, governments and institutional investors in investment, leasing, tenant representation and realisation of commercial real estate.
NL real estate is located at the Zuidas (South-axis) in Amsterdam.
